These data offer many opportunities for public and private services in the field of mobility and infrastructure. But which data are we talking about? How can these data be obtained and by whom, and who may process them and under which circumstances?

The report of EU Cooperative-‐intelligent Transport System Platform Working Group 4 has presented a number of issues and possible remedies. In order to validate the outcome of WG 4 a more in depth scrutiny of the results is being proposed for this Working Conference.
